About Sylvia

Supporting women to reconnect, realign and thrive.

I’m Sylvia, the founder of Holistic Women’s Wellbeing with Sylvia, and I’m passionate about supporting women to prioritise themselves, nurture their wellbeing and embrace the different stages of midlife with greater confidence, awareness and balance.

As a woman in my 40s, I understand that midlife can be a time of significant change — physically, emotionally and personally. It can also be a powerful opportunity to pause, reflect and reconnect with who you are and what truly matters to you.

I support women aged 35–60+ to embrace midlife with strength, confidence, balance and positive energy.

Whether you are in your mid-30s, approaching perimenopause in your 40s, navigating changes in your 50s, or embracing a new chapter beyond 60, my holistic approach is designed to support your individual health and wellbeing journey.

I believe wellbeing is about caring for the whole woman — body, mind, energy and spirit.

By bringing together nutrition, movement, lifestyle habits, mindfulness, meditation and spiritual wellbeing, I help women develop healthier routines while creating a deeper connection with themselves.

Through personalised coaching, we work together to set meaningful goals and develop sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle. Alongside practical health and fitness guidance, we can explore meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, intention-setting, self-care and positive energy practices to encourage greater self-awareness, inner calm and connection.

My approach is not about perfection or following a one-size-fits-all plan. It is about understanding where you are now, discovering what you need and taking realistic steps towards the wellbeing you want to create.

I believe midlife can be a powerful opportunity for transformation — a time to pause, reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you and embrace a new chapter with intention, self-awareness and confidence.

My coaching is about helping you feel stronger in your body, calmer in your mind, more connected to yourself and empowered to create the life and wellbeing you desire.

You deserve to feel good in your body, nurture your inner wellbeing and embrace every stage of life with confidence.

This is your time to reconnect, realign and thrive.

What I Stand For

The values behind the work.

These are the principles that shape every conversation, every check-in and every suggestion I offer.

Your journey is yours

No two women experience midlife — or wellbeing — in the same way. Nothing here assumes your body, your history or your needs are like anyone else's.

No perfection required

We look for small, realistic steps that fit real life — the kind you can keep going with on a difficult week as well as a good one.

Honest boundaries

I offer wellbeing and lifestyle coaching, not medical care. I will always be clear about what I can support you with — and when a doctor or specialist is the right person to speak to.

The whole woman

Nutrition and movement matter, and so do rest, mindset, meaning and how you speak to yourself. Body, Mind, Energy and Spirit are considered together.

An unhurried pace

Twelve weeks gives us room to build gently, notice what is working and adjust without rush, guilt or pressure to keep up with anyone else.

A non-dogmatic spirituality

Gratitude, reflection, intention-setting and inner connection are offered as personal practices — welcomed, never imposed, and always respectful of your own beliefs.

How I Work

Practical support, gently held.

Part of the work is practical — what you eat, how you move, how you rest. Part of it is quieter — how you breathe, what you notice and how kindly you treat yourself.

  • Everyday nutrition and a kinder, more mindful relationship with food
  • Movement, strength and mobility habits that suit your body and your week
  • Mindfulness, meditation and breathwork practices for calmer, clearer days
  • Rest, recovery and self-care that you genuinely protect in your diary
  • Reflection, values, intention-setting and personal growth at your own depth
Explore the Four Pillars

“Wherever a woman is in her journey, she deserves support, care and the opportunity to thrive.”
